Returns & Exchanges

We love to sort out returns, exchanges and resolve any quality issues ASAP. Your absolute customer satisfaction is our goal. How can we help?

We offer a 100% guarantee as Munch Cupboard is confident that our products are high quality. If you are not happy with your purchase – simply return the product (unused and in the original packaging) within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will happily offer an exchange or refund.

Munch Cupboard will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our products have been wrongly described, develop a fault or are not fit for the purpose described. In this case we will happily provide an exchange, credit or refund. Please note: shipping is not refundable on returns and the item must be in sale-able condition (i.e not used).

Sending an item back for exchange

If you would like us to return for an exchange you will be responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions. Please include your details with your return. Preferably include your original packing slip. Post back to our office: Munch Cupboard, PO Box 7648, Newtown, Wellington 6242.
