This Vendor has provided the following additional returns information:

Sizings:  Please be aware that I use a US ring sizing system.  I strongly recommend that you have your ring sizing professional assessed before getting a custom ring made in my store.  Unfortunately, many styles simply cannot be resized – either up or down .  If there has been a genuine miscommunication I will work with you to reach a mutually agreed solution.  However, you are responsible for providing me with the correct sizing information at the time of ordering.  Please let me know if you need any help with this process.
