Delivery Instructions
Free shipping is only available for standard delivery.
All orders will be sent out within 48 hours after a purchase has been completed.
Tracking numbers will be sent out via email after your order has been shipped. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 2 - 4 working days, however in some rural areas it may take up to 5 working days.
Working days would not include Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays. Do expect delays of approximately 1 week during peak periods, such as Christmas or Valentine’s Day.
Signature Required Service
All parcels will require a signature, as we do not want to leave your parcel unattended. If you are not home when the parcel arrives, the post office will leave a card in your letter box to notify you.
If you wish to have the parcel left without a signature, please log in to the courier website with your tracking number. In this case, please note we can not be responsible if the unattended parcel goes missing.
Urgent (Same day) & Weekend Delivery - Domestic
This option is unavailable at the moment. Please contact us via [email protected] and we can organize this for you. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Returns
Under our No Worries Return you have 30 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We would like to encourage you to reach out to the courier company first to check if you entitled for a compensation.
Alternatively, if your order has been damaged during the process of shipping, please send us an email immediately with tangible proof such as photos, and we will try our best to assist you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Any additional shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer during the return and re-posting process.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
