To date, I’ve not received this product after purchasing it on 11 April. I’m not sure why, as there was no note upon order that it will be delayed, or that it takes a while to order it. I would’ve expected it to arrive a few days from order since I thought that this is a local site.

took my casserole carrier with a bowl of butter chicken inside it, to a family New Year's day barbecue and three other family members wished they had one, so I have ordered 3 more and will give them as birthday gifts.

Really disappointed- still waiting for this mask that’s coming from Auckland to Red Beach ordered it on 7th Dec - been waiting waiting watching the tracking but has gone everywhere but here — I ordered it through Green Elephant at same time I ordered another mask from another vendor and got here one within a week - this one From back to basic I have finally tracked it down and has the wrong address on it - how can this happen!- totally hopeless - I wasn’t going to give it any ratings but unfortunately it wouldn’t let me so they get a point that they don’t deserve.

Unfortunately, there had been a mistake when addressing your parcel and we're really sorry for that. As soon as this error was noted, another parcel was sent out to you at the correct address.

Beautiful fabric, outstanding workmanship but very small fit. Barely covers both nose and chin, meaning if I talk or move facial muscles, it slips! Height dimensions were not given on website, width alone does not provide customers with all the need. Wish I was able to wear this stunning mask for more than a quick trip to the supermarket but I can’t rely on it to stay in place other situations I need it for.

Beautifully made mask using attractive fabric but a very small fit. Can’t be relied upon to keep both nose and chin covered if I move my facial muscles so fine for quick trip to supermarket but not for extended periods, especially if I need to talk. It would have been helpful for height dimensions to be included on website, giving width only does not alert customers to this potential problem. I would have loved to have given a better review as the quality of workmanship is outstanding and I wish I was able to show off these beautiful masks in more situations.

Your description did not mention that the mask is toddler -sized. Useless!

We're really sorry to hear your mask wasn't big enough. The Vendor did get in touch with you prior to sending out your mask to check the size you had selected was correct and she fitted adjustable elastic for you just in case. The Product Listing clearly states that the mask of the size you chose is "suitable for a young child", so perhaps a larger size would have been better for you.
Again, I'm sorry the mask wasn't big enough for you and hope that there is someone you can gift it to.

Mask looks stunning and is very well made but the sizing is very small. This adult sized is more suitable for a child. Was disappointed in the sizing.
