Delivery Instructions
Free shipping is only available for standard delivery.
All orders will be sent out within 48 hours after a purchase has been completed.
Tracking numbers will be sent out via email after your order has been shipped. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 2 – 4 working days, however in some rural areas it may take up to 5 working days.
Working days would not include Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays. Do expect delays of approximately 1 week during peak periods, such as Christmas or Valentine’s Day.
Signature Required Service
All parcels will require a signature, as we do not want to leave your parcel unattended. If you are not home when the parcel arrives, the post office will leave a card in your letter box to notify you.
If you wish to have the parcel left without a signature, please log in to the courier website with your tracking number. In this case, please note we can not be responsible if the unattended parcel goes missing.
