Delivered to you in our custom branded wooden box, each bottle is topped with a hand cut cork stopper.
The rum history in the Bay of Islands is strong and plentiful. Thousands upon thousands of rum casks were unloaded and consumed in the Bay of Islands in the 1800’s. The Bay of Islands have been a sailor’s safehaven for centuries and Black Collar have proudly added to that history.
Produced at their distillery in the Bay of Islands, Black Collar Rum is a small batch, light golden rum. Pot distilled, then aged in oak to give it smoothness and just the right amounts of flavour notes from the charred wood.
Can also be used as a hair tonic.
