File down affected nail slightly with a nail file you only use for this purpose. Roll-on ToeNail Rescue onto nail fold and work the oil into entire nail plates, either in massaging motions or by using an old toothbrush, brushing the oil into nail for at least 1 min each. Apply oil 2x per day (morning and night). Don’t use nail polish while using this oil. Wash hands thoroughly! Disinfect nail file. Note: Roll-on application is very economical and lasts well.
