Why did we choose beeswax for our creams?
Beeswax is a unique organic material with antibacterial and moisture-retaining properties. It’s home for bees and storage for honey and other bee products.
It takes only 21 days to turn a tiny little cell into a grown-up bee! Very complex and fast transformations are happening during this period. And while baby bee is growing it needs to be protected against viruses, bacteria and dehydration. Beeswax is a perfect material for that. Its combination with the natural oils offers the same benefits to our skin: protecting and moisturising.
What is it for?
It’s a multi purpose product. It can be used as day or night moisturiser or as a remedy for varieties of the skin conditions. Because it’s a multi purpose product it’s suitable for the majority of the skin types.
Bees created beeswax for their own use not ours that’s why We can’t put a specific category for our creams. What we know: Try it on your skin , have a feel and if your skin likes it you will have a great natural product to enjoy.
What are the ingredients?
We use two main ingredients: beeswax and oil. In this set we offer you to try three types of oils: olive, macadamia and avocado. Each gives different benefits to the skin. We do not add any preservatives, additives or colouring. Beeswax with the antibacterial properties works as a Natural preservative, Oil full of vitamins gives additional benefits, great colouring and a pleasant aroma. Combination of both offers you a truly natural product.
If it’s so good why isn’t it around everywhere?
Beeswax is not suitable for anyone who is allergic to bee products. Also beeswax/oil Combination may not work as a facial cream for those who has an oily skin type. Multi purpose description may also confuse some customers who like to have a structure and specification in the product.
Still we see that our product is gaining a fair amount of followers and repeat customers especially those who love natural cosmetic product.
My story:
While my mum has been enjoying her beeswax cream I have been busy supporting all sorts of cosmetic companies and Beauty salons.
I had an issue: constant skin break outs causing infection which was taking a long of time to heal. I was skeptical of my mother’s in- house Skin remedy and was carrying on using popular beauty products with a small desirable effect.
One day my mum literally forced me to apply some cream on my face after seeing its poor condition. And with the slogan “ I have nothing to lose” my discovery of the beeswax cream started. Eight years on and my skin Is still In love with my mum’s “remedy” and now taking us into a new adventure: sharing this product to our community and beyond.
