Orders placed with We Love Organics attract the following charges at an order level:

This Vendor has provided the following additional delivery information:
Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 24 hours of being placed or once payment clears in our account. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. If, for some reason, your order cannot be processed within the stated timeframe, we will inform you of this via email once your order has been placed.
Delivery: We will always pack your order well and with care to avoid damages during delivery. We use a third-party courier service and are not liable for products which are damaged during transit. If your order is delivered to you in a damaged condition, please let us know within 24 hours so that we can contact the courier.
If we are aware of courier delays, we will contact you to let you know. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days from dispatch, please contact us so that we can follow up with the courier.
Force Majeure: We are a small family business. We appreciate your understanding that in the event of a force majeure, illness, injury or other unexpected event beyond our control, order processing, dispatching and response to inquiries may be delayed.
